Benjamin had his first hair cut today. We went to a kids hair cut place. Just before they closed we asked them to trim his hair a little. At first he was interested in what was going on.
Then as time passes on (10 seconds give or take) he started to worry about what it was we were doing. I think he liked his hair and wanted to keep it. 
We had to work with him a little bit since we were cutting so close to his ears. Benjamin is about to turn one in 9 days. He was showing us what two was going to look like with him.
He eventually started to calm down. Mom tried to work with him to get his attention away from the sissors around the back of his head. Once his attention was diverted he started to relax and enjoy the hair cut.
In the end, we got his hair cut. We both held our breaths since the little baby we new as Benji was turning into the little Benjamin boy. I couldn't believe how much older he looked. 
Yes, mom saved a bit of his hair. It is a memory that we will never forget and a moment in time to treasure.
